Mr. Pham is an Auditor with Texas Attorney General Office. He has been in Governmental Auditing for 30 Years. He was elected HHSC State Employee of the Year in 1997. Arriving in US in 1971, Mr. Pham graduated from Missouri State University in 1975 with a B.S. in Accounting.

Mr. Pham is one of the founders of VCSA and has served on the Board of Directors for the last 16 years. He also has served in Executive Board of VCSA as Treasurer from the beginning to now. Mr. Pham also led the VCSA Tax Filing Assistance program every year to serve low-income families in Houston and Vicinity. He has also involved in various non-profit organizations which are dedicated to help children and orphanages in Vietnam.

Vision Statement

In the next term, I will continue to keep VCSA to stay focus to its missions and maintain the standards and integrities of VCSA’s projects. I will try to keep and promote fiscal accountability to VCSA funds and will explore means to look for funds and acquire a larger facility for VCSA’s programs
