To recognize the academic achievements of local Houston area Vietnamese-American high school graduates, who were either Valedictorians or Salutatorians of their respective schools.

• Scholarship and Awards Presentation to the Vietnamese-American High School Valedictorians and Salutatorians of the school year of 2007-2008 in Houston and Vicinity.
