This class is for beginners who do not have knowledge about Vietnamese language. The objective is to provide training for basic reading, writing and speaking for the beginner level.

The Vietnamese Culture and Science Association (VCSA) and the LePham family are pleased to invite applicants for the 2008 Nicholas C. LePham Citizenship and Public Service Award. The LePham family and committee is looking to award this scholarship to an aspiring Vietnamese-American student who is able to demonstrate strong civic participation and active citizenship within the community.

The purpose of the meeting is for Ambassador Michalak to share his points of view to and receive inputs and concerns from the Vietnamese Americans in Houston on the current issues in Vietnam.
