Mr. Pham is an Auditor with Texas Attorney General Office. He has been in Governmental Auditing for 30 Years. He was elected HHSC State Employee of the Year in 1997. Arriving in US in 1971, Mr. Pham graduated from Missouri State University in 1975 with a B.S. in Accounting.

Mr. Nguyen was born in Vietnam, arrived in the US in 1990. He graduated from Georgia Institute of Technology with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering in 1996 and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering in 1998. He is currently a System Engineer at Motorola Inc. in Austin, Texas.

He joined VCSA in 1992 and has been active with the organization since then. His hobbies are community work, surfing the Internet, and reading theory of relativity. His aspiration is to build the leaders for tomorrow and help to bridge the gap between his generation and the younger generations.
