Truong Tran first attended camp Len Duong 2002 in Huntsville, Texas and he and his wife, Thanh Thu Vo, became active members of VCSA since then. Truong Tran was born in Hue in 1975 and went to high school in Vietnam. He immigrated to the United States in 1993, attended high school and graduated from Syracuse University in New York in 2000. He has been working with Lockheed Martin ever since.

Community Advocate and Crime

Buu-Van, age 58, who lives in San Diego, California with his wife Connie, of 47 years and three children; has been a former San Diego City Commissioner and received the Leadership 2000 Program Scholarship and graduated from California State University of San Marcos.
